Sales Representative

A Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling products or services to potential customers, businesses, or organizations.

Job Description:

Prospecting and Identifying Leads: Searching for potential customers or businesses who might be interested in the products or services offered.

Sales Presentations: Demonstrating the features and benefits of products or services to potential customers.

Negotiation and Closing: Engaging in negotiations, overcoming objections, and successfully closing sales deals.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and possibly upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.

Sales Reporting: Keeping accurate records of sales and activities, preparing reports, and sharing sales performance updates with the sales team or management.

Market Research: Staying informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Collaboration: Working collaboratively with other departments like marketing, customer service, and product development to enhance the overall customer experience and improve sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Possess outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • With at least 3 months of experience in Sales.
  • Experience with Publishing account is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on-site.
  • Have excellent time management, organization, problem solving, and computer abilities.
